Sensors placed with an offset from middle of lane
Description:
A pair of synchronized sensor nodes equiped with magnetometer HMC1051Z were used to collect the z-axis measurements of a test vehicle (Toyota-SR5) in a controlled environment. The experiment started with two nodes placed along the middle of the lane with 6 ft separation. Then, the same test was conducted with the nodes at a different lateral offsets from the middle of the lane.
Data of the vehicle running over the nodes in both direction with 0, 10, 20, 30cm offset was collected.
