Biography

Michelle Harrington is a Communications Specialist at the Institute of Transportation Studies and for the Richmond San Rafael Bridge Bike Path project at California Partners for Advanced Transportation Technology (PATH). Previously, Michelle was responsible for overseeing the Connected Corridors quarterly newsletter called Connected, updating the project's website and providing other communication items to stakeholders. Since 2008, she has managed multiple marketing and public outreach programs for local governments, businesses, and non-profits. Michelle obtained her B.S. degree from California State University, East Bay in Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Communication.
