CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Bob has a diverse background in the management of research and the implementation of new technologies. He has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering (Manhattan College) as well as a masters degree in Operations Research (NYU-Tandon School of Engineering); a masters degree in CIS (Baruch College [NYC -City University]) and an MBA (also from Baruch College).
In the past he was involved in the development, deployment and commercialization of advanced electric energy systems, alternative fueled vehicles, tools for non-destructive testing, as well as a variety of risk management tools and techniques for pipeline networks. He has worked at a variety of different organizations - an Energy Utility, a R&D Consortium, two venture backed startups.
Currently, Bob is involved in the development of a strategic plan for the deployment of connected and automated vehicle technologies in California. Connected and automated vehicle technologies will enable improved safety and transportation efficiency, yielding benefits in energy conservation and GHG reduction.
